All products should be installed, handled, and used in accordance with applicable local codes, engineering requirements, and industry standards. It is the responsibility of the customer, contractor, engineer, or project owner to verify that all products meet project-specific requirements prior to installation.

Express Precast shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper installation or misuse of products

  • Delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, transportation, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Project damages, downtime, or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish inherent to concrete manufacturing

Product availability, pricing, lead times, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

By using this website and purchasing products from Express Precast, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all sales may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and approved quotations provided by Express Precast.

Express Precast Refund Policy

At Express Precast, customer satisfaction and project success are our priority. Because precast concrete products are manufactured to order and often customized to project specifications, the following refund policy applies:
Standard Products
Unused, non-custom standard inventory items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery or pickup, subject to inspection and approval. Returned products must be in original condition and free from damage.
Custom & Special-Order Products
Custom-manufactured precast products, including structures built to project-specific dimensions, specifications, or engineering requirements, are non-refundable once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery or pickup. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours. Approved claims may qualify for replacement, repair, or credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before production begins may qualify for a partial or full refund. Once materials are ordered or production has started, cancellation fees may apply.
Delivery Fees
Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable once services have been completed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
