Our partners saw firsthand how precast delivery windows stretching 90 days or more were impacting schedules, budgets, crews, and communities. The industry needed something faster, smarter, and more reliable.
That vision became Express Precast.
To build a better solution, we went straight to the source, traveling to Italy to procure world-class machinery and production technology. By optimizing a dry-cast manufacturing process, we designed our operation to produce high-quality storm and sanitary sewer structures with speed, consistency, and scalability to meet today’s growing demand.

Express Precast manufactures utility concrete structures using an optimized dry-cast production process. We build storm and sanitary sewer manholes, risers, cones, grade rings, and durable manhole covers designed for field performance and consistent fit.
